Housing Site Allocations Consultation Paper 1 August- 24 October 2011
Epsom & Ewell Borough Council are seeking your views on the potential housing site options that have been identified for allocation for future housing development.
In 2010 we consulted on options for the Borough's Housing Land Supply Strategy. The results of this were taken to Planning Policy Sub Committee and subsequently Strategy and Resources Committee have endorsed the decision to 'build all of the new homes within the existing urban area' (Strategy option 1).
This consultation paper includes 20 individual sites across the Borough. They are ordered by ward (alphabetically) and each site is briefly described in terms of it's development potential and shown on a map.
We would like your comments on these sites and on any other potential sites that are suitable for development in line with the Councils overall strategy approach of building all news homes within the existing built up area.
